      I good guide is the reheat leftovers (including meat) how they were originally cooked. This might help with texture issues. Or planning your meat meals so you don't have leftovers.

    Fruit. I'm realizing I buy a lot of fruit and it rots before I eat it. I need to grocery shop more often and only buy what I'm going to eat for the next couple days.
