Mary Ann Knox 8/09/2025 11:34 AMI'm remodeling my kitchen right now. So have a refrig, but no stove or sink. Challenging! But I am noticing how mostly I eat fresh vegs and saute on stovetop, then add other things. Can't do that now. I'm eating a lot of toast in the living room! I invented toast with hummus and kale, after tiring of peanut butter. Pesto and tomatoes. But, overall, this challenge is really making me think about what I waste and how I will kit out my new kitchen better!-
