Christina Moran 8/15/2025 10:07 AMI found a bag of Flax Seed & Chia Seeds in the back of my cupboard. They still tasted okay so I mixed them together and have been adding them to my yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, and salads. :-).-

Jenny Kedward 8/18/2025 11:52 AMPortion size gets me too! Our culture is so visual where we need to see an empty place/bowl. That leads to a lot of overeating at times (for me at least!). Good job not wasting food tho!

I swapped out my sour cream for Plain Greek Yogurt. I was pleasantly surprised!-
