REFLECTION QUESTIONShopping Stick to Your Grocery ListWhat are some of the things you typically buy that you weren't on your list? How do you think you might limit some of those purchases?
Kaija Schlangen 8/05/2024 10:00 AMI find myself grabbing a drink (usually kombucha) because I get thirsty while grocery shopping. I'm going to start bringing a water bottle with me so I stop buying these smaller purchases that add up over time.
