Kirsten Wahlberg 8/19/2025 11:54 AMI've been trying to be more creative with my leftovers and am reminded the many ways I can do just that. Eating eggs with random leftover veggies is one, or a salad is another. This challenge has reminded me that I still have plenty of things to eat in my fridge and I truly don't have to run to the store to buy more. -
Kirsten Wahlberg 8/11/2025 10:14 AMLast week, I made more of an effort to eat up the food I know has been sitting in my freezer for a long time. This was done to create more space for future leftovers and also to prevent it from being tossed in the future. -
Kirsten Wahlberg 8/04/2025 9:52 AMI know I need to involve my four year old in the kitchen more often. For us, timing doesn't always work out. I do think that involving her and teaching her about our food will help her picky eating and waste less food - fingers crossed!-
