REFLECTION QUESTIONShopping Stick to Your Grocery ListWhat are some of the things you typically buy that you weren't on your list? How do you think you might limit some of those purchases?
Jodi Abbott 8/07/2024 11:42 AMI always buy marked down meat, bread, etc and put them in my freezer for use at another time.-
Lorna Leistikow 8/07/2024 12:50 PMI'm a sucker for a good deal. If I purchase something that is perishable that wasn't on my list I try to eat it right away or freeze it. I also try to shop when not hungry so I'm not as tempted to buy junk food that may look good, but then end up not liking it, so it becomes wasted.
