    Keeping my fridge more organized helped me see food I purchased and would have forgot as it moved to back part of the fridge

    Less trashing going to the waste. Possible able to change size of my garbage can if I can continue to separate

    Have you ever made soup broth from scratch before? What kinds of vegetables do you have on hand to put in?

    I usually buy the costco/sams chicken pull all the meat. Boil the bones with left over scraps from my veggies. Then I freeze the broth in the freezer along with chicken meat and a prepped bag of mirepoix. I can noodle soup on the stove simmering in less than 10 minutes.
