I will allow green, unripe avocados to ripen on the counter then transfer them to the refrigerator. Once cut, I will keep the pit in and rub the avocado with lemon or oil to reduce browning. I will properly store 7 avocados.

    This is very helpful. Learning a lot about food waste and what you really eat versus tossing out. Try my best to cook enough food, so there won't be leftovers. Hope to see what else everyone does differently.

    I do a lot of shopping at Trader Joe's, that's where I buy my grocery most of the time. Meal prep really help me when I work early in the morning. With meal preps I'm able to portion out my veggies, meats, and fruits.

    To buy less things. To improve of buying just enough to last the week, without having to waste a good amount of food and money. Yes, how much food waste I have thrown away.

    Yes, all berries have been changed and storage the right way. Hopefully will last longer and not go bad.
