    Talked with a friend about the handout on how to store stuff in your refrigerator. She didn't know not to put milk in the door shelf.

    I make a list in Notes on my phone and then delete the items as I go.

    I meal prep on Sundays because I have time. Then I store the leftovers for lunches at work during the week.

    I'm fortunate that my city has a farmer's market on Tuesday and the city I work in has a farmer's market on Wednesdays. I can see what's available and plan a meal around that.

    I have been looking at what's in the fridge that needs to be used up. Then figuring out a meal plan incorporating those items.
