My nemesis is the half gallon of milk. I haven't been able to finish a whole carton before it spoils for too long of a time to count. Does anyone else have this struggle?

My cat has offered to help (heh) but clearly not great for her diet. Doesn't stop her from trying though... pictured shoving her head into my empty milk glass to get a lil treat.

Now taking recipe suggestions that use a lot of milk. August is gonna be the month!!!!
