Sia Sewah 8/11/2024 6:18 PMMy mother is an inspiration to the it comes to eat healthy food. Since I was young she prefers to have home cooked food than eat outside. When you cook at home you're able to manage the portions of food that you eat which cause a family waste less. I joined this challenge to prevent waste in our community. I don't want people to waste things that are important to our environment, our body and mind.
