The activities are interesting to keep myself engaged. I look forward to next years challenge to make a bigger impact. -

I just read the article about using peels and I'm returning the Lysol wipes and will use the recipe for citrus peels to make a disinfectant to use around my home for cleaning etc. I really like finding little gems like this :-) ! -

I have been really successful in lowering/getting back to normal range with some numbers. Most importantly I feel better for the most part. -
