Storage Be Smart About Food Labels
Did you know that not all food labeling means the same thing? How have you changed your habits to decide if food is still safe to eat?

I have been following up on reading labels on food and found out that some of my favorites have contributed to my overall health some good and some bad.
I try to make sure that I review items before going to the store so that I am not lingering in store reading the labels and then become distracted etc.

Right now I just bought a bag of oranges and some Lysol wipes. I just read the article about using peels and I'm returning the Lysol wipes and will use the recipe for citrus peels to make a disinfectant to use around my home for cleaning etc. I really like finding little gems like this :-) !

In the last couple of years, I have really been aware of food waste and just trying to eat better overall for my health and understanding how food works for you internally and externally. I have been really successful in lowering/getting back to normal range with some numbers. Most importantly I feel better for the most part.
