I have a hard time finding time on Wednesdays especially the ones with night meetings, so I pre-made meals for the family as well as just for me for moving forward

Turnips and other uncommon veggies from the grocery store that are local were difficult, but I've been more exploratory and they are move willing to try now than they were at the beginning of the month.

There has been a lot more produce this year because of all the rain we have gotten. It's really nice to have the kids go collect ripe veggies and cook them up as fresh as it gets!

I had leftover jasmine rice from a meal, so I made it into fried rice. My kids loved it and it was an easy way to use up the leftovers
