    I think I will try a printed weekly meal plan so that the rest of my family has more of a visual instead of the current note in our phones. How do you meal plan for your family?

      We do a weekly chart to hang on fridge and assign meals to days we can. A visual is always better in real life!! Our list makes us look at how much time we might have to prep on a specific day and who can eat and sit vs grab and go!

    Plan your meals for the week to avoid overbuying and food spoiling. Make a weekly meal plan with all meals and snacks to use up ingredients.

    Take 2 minute to wash and prep some raw produce to serve along side the regular meal. Sometime it's just a cut up apple or cucumber, but we eat more fruits and veg plus it isn't going bad in the fridge.
