During this entire month there are many new learnings, and understood the importance of food, how to stop the food waste and then how to use the waste into compose techniques was learned. I thanks Hennepin country for all there efforts to conveys the learning of food waste and how to minimize the food waste.
Many thanks to all the participants and different organizations to compete during this event and in my eyes " everyone is the winner," so congratulations to all of them.-

U.S. Wasted Food Facts:- 40% of all food in the United States is wasted.
- 25% of all freshwater we consume goes to produce food we never eat.
- 4% of the oil we consume goes to produce food we never eat.
- $166 billion (retail value of preventable waste) is spent on the food we never eat.
